The 35 m² open-plan living and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment—a welcoming space where the whole family can come together. Large panoramic windows fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. In the evening, the lounge becomes a cosy retreat, with beautiful views stretching across the mainland, the mountains, and Trogir.

Pick-up
We will pick you up on request for a fee from the airport and bring you to the accommodation. The same applies to your departure.

There is a washing machine available in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided from us.
Buoy
At the bottom of the investors, we have a buoy, so that you can make with your (rented) boat with us for free fixed.
Skipper & Boat Tours
Stephen is an experienced Skipper and you can plan your boating and accompany.
Booking information
- All of the Apartments in the Kuca Stipo are Non-Smoking–Apartments. Outside on the terrace ashtrays are available
- Cats are part of Croatia. Also on our property a couple of cats live together with us. Therefore,we have decided to not allow pets. zu erlauben.
- Bookings from persons under the age of 18 years we can not accept, as are our Apartments and the facilities are not suitable for younger children. We ask for your understanding!
- Parties & bachelor parties are not allowed.
- Check-In: 15:00 – 22:00 (other times on request)
- Check-Out: 7:00 – 11:00 PM (other times on request)
- For rentals of less than one week additional cleaning fees apply.
