The cozy Oceanside Apartment (35 sqm) with a panoramic sea view, located at the lowest level, featuring a large garden terrace.
The generous Terrace Apartment (75 sqm) on the ground floor, with a huge 80 sqm terrace offering a 180-degree panoramic view.
The elegant Seaview Apartment (75 sqm) on the first floor, with both a balcony and terrace providing a breathtaking sea view.
Through the private garden, you get all of the Apartments directly to our investors.

Kuća Stipo is your perfect starting point for an unforgettable vacation in Croatia. It is located in Okrug Donji in the Western part of the island Čiovo, 3 km from Okrug Gornji, 8 km from Trogir and 12 km from the Split Airport .

We want you to make your stay as memorable as possible. Our prices are, of course, contain all the things you don't want to bring from home. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are of course. In addition, the consumption of items such as toilet paper and facial tissues are of course already there. We are also equipped with coffee, tea, olive oil, as well as a basic equipment of spices. When you arrive, you'll find also, drinks and fruit. So you don't have to immediately buy all of these things.

For the occupancy of the Apartments with more than two people, additional costs for Laundry, water and electricity incurred by us, therefore we cover per Person and day for a small fee, in order for these costs.
